Last Friday my wife and I decided to have lunch at Uncorked - the new restaurant inside The Wine Merchant. To quote one of my favorite movies... "We chose wisely." Cathy had lobster bisque and quiche Lorraine. I had their signature muffaletta sandwich. The bisque and quiche were outstanding as was the sandwich... however, the best part is what they've done with the atmosphere. It seemed like we were back in Napa Valley.
